The Vice President for Membership (VPM) oversees all aspects of membership, from maintaining the database to outreach to leadership development.  For every Yale graduate, every Dallas-area undergraduate, and every Yale parent, the first point of contact is the VP for Membership.

First and foremost, the VPM ensures an up-to-date Yale Club of Dallas Alumni Database.  Previously this task was quite daunting due to the need for constant manual updating.  The Alumni Magnet software engine driving this website also doubles as a superb database assistant, allowing for members to update their own records.  As a result, our VPM now focuses on less administrative matters.

The VPM is the point of contact for every Yale parent, alumnus, and alumna in the Dallas metroplex.  When a new alum moves to Dallas, the VPM immediately contacts him or her to welcome the newcomer to our city.  Via membership campaigns, the VPM reminds members of the importance both of membership and of donations enabling the Club to fulfill its mission.  The VPM has the goal of seeing 100% of Dallas alumni join and participate in the Club.
